Adventure Web Customer Care Specialist
Hi my name is Maria Wolfe I am the new “Customer Care Support Specialist” here at Adventure Web Interactive. I am very excited to take on this role. I have several years’ experience in web design, social media management, e-commerce store management, and customer service. I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and studied at Towson University. I look forward to greeting all who walk through the doors of the Adventure Web’s office with a smile and helping you with any minor support task you need done to your website by the team here at AWI.
I hope to be of service to all customers, whether answering a simple question or helping with your immediate needs when you cannot reach your account representative. I am sure you know they are out and about a lot these days with all the changes in Digital Marketing and the significant growth we have here at AWI. I also hope to grow as an individual by learning all I can from the award winning Adventure Web team.
In addition to my years of experience in Web Design and Internet Marketing AWI has me scheduled for advanced training for many of Google’s higher certifications. I am extremely excited for this and the opportunity be working at one of Maryland’s most respected and fastest growing Digital Agencies.
