Web Designer Front End Developer

This position is for a resident of Maryland please do not apply if you are not a Maryland resident. Some part time candidates will be considered if the live within 60 miles of our location. We are seeking a qualified WordPress front end developer to implement attractive and functional websites for our clients.

The Front end developer is responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, among other duties. This position requires a combination of some programming skills namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and word press content management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
  • Creating very attractive and user-friendly web designs
  • Developing features to enhance the user experience.
  • Ability to convert design layouts into working HTML pages.
  • Troubleshooting content issues.
  • Maintain and improve website.
  • Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
  • Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability. 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with WordPress Framework, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Create Cloud.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

We help businesses grow online with performance-driven strategies. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business.

Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling websites, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other digital services to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a consultative sales role—ideal for someone who understands digital marketing and enjoys helping businesses succeed online.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
  • Conduct sales presentations and discovery calls with business owners.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend digital solutions.
  • Work with our project and marketing teams to close deals efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Programmer Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with at least 3 plus years’ experience in web and e-commerce programming. We also have entry-level positions available. The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of Linux server environment.  An additional absolute must, very good knowledge of PHP, PHP 5, Object-Oriented Programming & MYSQL.
