Adventure Web Interactive is proud to announce its newest website launch for Emmanuel Lutheran Church! Located in Catonsville, Emmanuel Lutheran Church has been a prominent Lutheran congregation since 1888. Emmanual Lutheran Church strives to venture forth with the same dedication, faith, and commitment as those who founded the congregation over a century ago.
All Are Welcome
Join Emmanual Lutheran Church every Sunday morning at 10 AM at 929 Ingleside Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228. Sunday gatherings include several scripture readings and sacraments such as Holy Communion and Holy Baptism. Emmanuel also offers Sunday School, Confirmation Class, Youth Group, and Adult Bible Studies meet on Sundays at 9 AM. There are also many ways to stay connected and give back to your community by volunteering with Emmanuel.
Emmanuel’s Vision
Emmanuel is one family made up of many people. Growing as disciples of Jesus and children of God through three things: worship, fellowship, and witness. Emmanuel Lutheran Church calls on each of its parishioners to receive God’s gifts through worship, share God’s gifts with one another through fellowship, and give God’s gifts to the world by being a witness to God’s word.
Current Pastors
In 2004, Reverand Martin Schultheis became pastor of Emmanuel and continues to serve to this day. In 2016, Assistant Pastor, Rev. Falak Robson, was called to pastor an Urdu-speaking worship service that became part of Emmanuel’s ministry. Emmanuel Lutheran Church is also one of the only local congregations to offer services in Hindu and Urdu. By opening their doors to everyone, Emmanuel spreads God’s mission of uniting all people through His Word.
